Proof of IdentityA Satisfactory Course Completion Certificate cannot be issued by our trainers on successfully passing the test unless they have sighted and verified acceptable POI documentation such as; a current drivers licence, passport or full birth certificate.

When completing a boat/PWC licence course students must bring with them on the day:

  • One full POI document, or
  • at least one primary and one secondary POI document
  • PWC students in addition to the above must bring 2 colour passport photographs. Students will be asked to print their name and birth date on the back of photos.

Young Adults (12-16 year olds) completing a boat or PWC licence course must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. As well as acceptable proof of identity of the student we are required to sight acceptable proof of identity for the parent/legal guardian.
